The NY State Senate’s office shared with ENY the following information from the Department of Health regarding Automated External Defibrillator’s(AEDs) and Youth Sports programs in NY State.  They combined information from the state Senate and posted it to the ENY website to provide you with further guidance on how to comply.  The effective date of the legislation was May 21, 2024.  All youth sports organizations must now be in compliance with the new state law.
