The Hudson Valley Youth Soccer League (HVYSL) is excited to support The Sideline Project. The Sideline Project is a movement to improve youth sports sidelines and we are proud to partner with them to make youth sports better in the Hudson Valley. The HVYSL has established this partnership with The Sideline Project on behalf of all our participating clubs, purchased quantities of the courses identified below and we are happy to make them available to our participating clubs at no charge. We do this to support our clubs with programs specific to the development of their coaches, players, and parents to promote ways to improve sideline behavior at our soccer matches in the Hudson Valley. By doing this we hope to increase positive experiences for everyone involved in Hudson Valley youth soccer and minimize disruptions that can result in unnecessary and unwanted confrontations, files and suspensions.
We want all our club parents, coaches, referees, administrators, and spectators to take The Sideline Project Course and add your name to the virtual pledge wall.
