| Referees officiating games for West Point will only receive half payment on the field. Please fax in the supplemental form advising the gender/age level / game number and date to 845 562 1556 by the first Wednesday following the game. If the League Office doesn’t receive notification by that time no payment will be made. Thank you for your cooperation. |

| Payment of referee fees will be split b/w both participating teams. Be sure to remind both team coaches that payment arrangements are expected prior to the start of each game by each team. |

Complete PHONE IT IN directions are below:
Obtain the pin number for access to the system from the League Ref Assignor or via the system, then follow the instructions below to report scores.
1. Dial the toll free number 1-866-334-6294
2. When asked, say or enter the pin number, and the code of the game.
3. You will then be told the division, teams playing, and field location - if this is the correct game, confirm by saying yes.
4. When asked, say or enter the score for each team, then confirm.
5. You can do more games in the same call, or just say goodbye when done. |
